Non-clinical volunteering: 115 hours total -
  1. from first app: 30 in hospital child life dept, 20 with Special Olympics, 15 at nursing home
  2. added to reapp: 30 hours Special Olympics coaching, 20 tutoring at affordable housing community K-6th grade)
Okay... you are still under 150 hours at the time of application. I also don't tend to pay attention to activities where you spent less than 50 hours because for service orientation, one should show more of a commitment (IMO). Where exactly is your passion for community service?
 
Nonclinical volunteering is weak. Bulk that up to 200 hrs+
