Wow. You're golden and can be as picky as you can be. Your application will likely be yield-protected at places like Georgetown, GWU, Rosalind Franklin/Chicago Med, and a lot of the non-MI publics (Minnesota??? really???). Make the schools want you, and pick the schools that best position you for your future and your family's security.

You've got the path to a very selective brand (seriously T5 to T20). You probably already started applying, but make them want you. Leverage your family situation and job options for your husband/school and medical choices for children (toddlers won't stay toddlers at graduation)/proximity to family in a manner that reflects your priorities.

Schools such as Drexel, NYMC, Temple, Wayne State will probably "yield protect" with your stats as well as many of the schools you are considering. You could add UCLA, UCSD, Michigan State

OP

Your biggest problem is yield protection and timeliness for the new schools.

Pretty sure Hopkins will overlook its rec letter requirement for a strong applicant like yourself.

The T20s are research heavy. How will you explain your interest in them and their mission? Do you have any interest - perhaps public health oriented - in medical school and for your career?
