Would it be a red flag to disclose anemia in a secondary essay? Not in a complaining type of way, but in an overcoming an obstacle way with marathon running. It gives me an extra topic to write about, but would reviewers then just become biased against me and think I'll be too tired to get through med school? Not applying until the 2024-2025 cycle, so don't worry about how late it is. Just thinking ahead a bit. Should mention the anemia is chronic, but I wouldn't word it like that. Also high stat, good EC so it obviously hasn't affected me outside an athletic capacity. I could easily just not mention it and skip this topic.
