You haven't been accepted yet to one of the schools - what is this issue?

NYU-LI is a great opportunity for PC. But it sounds like you want to do research, and don't want to do primary care. Einstein is a really great school, and you get free tuition. Even if you had to make a decision, I think this is pretty straightforward.
