Check the schools. If it were me, I would upload an official transcript when you have an academic update window in your CAS to adjust your calculated GPAs. Of course I don't think AMCAS adjusts GPAs.
 
Thank you! Sorry if this is obvious but what is CAS? I am not too worried about having my GPA adjusted but I moreso want to give the schools a chance to check on my graduate school progress if they're curious.

No one’s curious. The expectation is that you have a 4.0 in that program. If it is less than that, they will not think well of you. No point in sending a MPH transcription until you matriculate into med school.

CAS is short hand for the multiple "common applications" (college application service = CAS) such as AMCAS, PTCAS, SOPHAS (exception to the rule, public health. You might have used that to apply to your current program).
