I am sure you know what the right thing to do here is and you should do it.
 
WHen I interview you for residency, I'm going to ask you about your research experiences and what you did. Are you going to tell me that you made some figures using AI? Or are you going to tell me that you ran the whole project?

Hint: both answers are highly problematic.

But not all fields / programs care about research. So much depends on what you're looking for.
 
I'm guessing this is a troll post, based on the OP's username ("upstandingcitizen876"), and prior posts asking about drug testing and living in a fraternity at UTMB.

If the OP is genuine, then I have a lot of concerns about their professionalism
