we need more info. Cost, and your situation. what type of surgery do you think you're interested in? there is a big diffrence between optho and ortho, but both are surgery.

You can only be holding onto one acceptance right now. I withdrew from 5 As by April 30th and am only holding one. How do you have eight active acceptances? I really can't believe what you're saying. And as @pigsinacloth said, you gave absolutely no statement on relevant factors in your decision-making process. I'm not sure how any of us could help you, and to be honest, I'm not sure if your circumstances are genuine to begin with.
