I am a 4.0/524 applicant looking to apply OOS. Just curious how high stat Texas applicants fared in their OOS applications during recent cycles. Thanks!
about 15% of Texans end up going to OOS schools.
Pick 10 or so OOS schools that fit your goals (research, clinical, academic medicine or other factors) and are in locations you would like to spend the next 4 years in and see how it goes for you.

the friends i've had who had great luck going OOS had narratives / applications that really emphasized why going OOS was important to them for their goals - kind of as a way to prove that they would choose an OOS school over a texas school with lower tuition
