You do have interviews, but it's not clear how these issues have been handled whenever you have been shadowing or working with patients in a dental setting.
Have you conversed with admissions teams about your need to wear fingerless gloves? You may need to clear that through a different office that looks at accommodations. Again, how you dealt with this when you were working in a dental clinic setting will be insightful because you will need to wear protection working with patients. You can be committed, but you need the institution to honor the accommodation.
Current times have been more accepting of tattoos though individual schools and professionals may differ. A dentist's recommendation letter could help but no guarantees.
