Your non clinical volunteering hours are too low for top tier schools. Medical schools are looking for non clinical volunteering hours in activities such as food bank or homeless shelter rather than teaching/tutoring. I suggest these schools with your stats:

Your non-clinical volunteering is academic-adjacent. You need service orientation activities like food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation; you should have at least 150 hours of such social services or your file would be at risk of getting screened out at most schools. You must have at least 250 hours to still be considered an "average" applicant for a brand school.

On the other hand, your file looks very strong for an academic program offering a masters or a Ph.D.
