Used mixture of both. Tried to use complete sentences if it made sense. Wrote as if it were on a resume.

Basically Iwrote like that. I tried to cram as much information into the little amount of character space we have. If I were on admissions, I'd rather have 4 carefully selected words describing what you did rather than 10 words loquaciously describing the same thing. Just my reasoning though...
