I doubt you'd get away with having absolutely nothing. At least have some mediocre ones.
 
This is not cool. The OP asked about if it's possible for a high MCAT/GPA devoid of any extracurriculars to get into med school.

This emcompasses a lot of the threads on SDN. To me, it says, let's just omit all of the junk people have posted and what do we have left? nothing. It's the best statement.
