Hey guys,
So I took DAT last year in July and I was wondering if I would take it again.
I did pretty well on other areas but OC is bringing down my TS.
my score is
25 PA
27 QR
28 RC
22 BiO
26 GC
19 OC
21 TS
24 AA
Someone told me that you should have at least 20 in all sections but I've seen people who have less than 20 on their scores get in to dental schools.
I can definitely improve on my Bio and OC but I doubt I'll be able to pull off 28RC (my Canadian RCs are around 21 or 22)
Also I would be considered an international student (Canada) so I would need higher scores than those who apply in-state.
*Thanks for the comments!
No, not a troll post haha. I think I did pretty well except OC that's why I am wondering if I should retake.
For some Canadian schools, you need to get over 20 in all sections to be in the 'safe zone' so I was wondering if 19 would reduce my chances or not.
Considering that my cGPA is only around 3.6ish + being international student, I need pretty solid DAT thus this post.
** Also I'm taking the Canadian DAT in Nov anyways. I'll have to study for everything except OC.
