Hey everyone,
I’m curious about your thoughts on contacting admissions to express continued interest in the program. Here’s a bit of my background: I applied last cycle with some questionable stats but had strong trends/aspects in other parts of my application. I’m currently waitlisted at the school I went to undergrad, and they typically see a lot of movement due to a variety of factors (ie location and private).
I’ve been consistent with my communication and updates, but I’ve recently pulled back since I’ve been doing this regularly since D-Day last December. My heart is telling me to keep calling and expressing my interest, but my mind is saying to detach and move on.
Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this? I understand calling won’t move the needle but keeping my name at the forefront could be helpful maybe? Or maybe I’m just annoying them at this point…I’m not sure.
