Most schools look at the big picture. If you have lots of things to put on AADSAS app, you will get interviews with the current score but they will likely trickle in very slowly over time.

Hmm, I don't have a lot of stuff to put on there, I volunteered at 2 ADA events about 400 volunteer and another 400 cumulative shadowing hours with 2 general dentists. I did 1 research at school, but that's it, I don't have any publication, no sport, only dental club. What do you think I should do to beef up my application? Besides retaking which I am probably going to do as I have extra research money, so not going to be too big of a problem funding it just the idea of restudying for it is kinda daunting.

Thanks for the any feedback!

I have a 3.5sgpa 4.7 tgpa

4.7 cumulative GPA....that's really good, but does it go that high??? Your sGPA is pretty good...I wish I had that. Seriously though I think your sGPA is really good and you have the average DAT AA score of 19. It depends on what type of schools you are applying to. You have the volunteering, shadowing, and all that stuff. Honestly, I don't know whether I'd say yes or no because I have an AA-19, TS-19, PAT-19 right now (from last year) but will re-take my DAT in like a week because my sGPA is not very good, but with upward trend. I did get interviews, but I was waitlisted. You may actually get in though. Definitely look into the dental school guides, and the GPA/DAT stats sheets on sdn, call schools, and ask around. If you still think you can do better, then I'd re-take it. That PAT is really good!

Crap I meant 3.47 tgpa hahaha my bad sorry what do you think now? Still pretty good or no?

I think you look decent as an applicant (pending you have good experiences)....but if you want to assure yourself admissions I would retake and really focus on your science scores!

that's exactly what i'm thinking, thanks for the advice guys! i'll probably buy math destroyer this time to boost my qr score, I didnt study for qr that much and just memorized the conversions, which i didn't even need because the test gave me the conversion lolol

Math destroyer is an awesome choice....time yourself and study all the formulas in there! Youll do fine
