Do you think it's a good idea if I get 2 LORs from one pharmacy I work at? I was going to ask the pharmacist and the manager. However, the manager is just a pharmacy technician, and she's been working at the pharmacy for over 10 years. I was going to get a letter from my research professor, but he said he was going to cosign the letter my advisor is writing instead of writing his own letter. Now I'm having a hard time finding a 3rd person. Do you think I should just ask my manager?

Letters can come from the same pharmacy. It is probably better to get a LOR from a pharmacist rather than a tech. However, she is your manager so I am sure it would be ok. 3/4 of my LORs came from the same pharmacy- the Director and 2 critical care pharmacists. As long as you get the required number/type of LORs for your schools, it should be fine.
EDIT: besides, she is probably the one that can best attest to your job performance as a tech which, if good, speaks volumes.

would the manager count as an employer or coworker?
Employer if she is your manager.
