2 or 3 week schedule

I am trying to get a better idea of what shift work is like after residency.
Can any attendings please give an idea of what their actual schedule is like for the next few weeks just as an example of what the shifts are like after residency?

For the next 2 weeks I'm working 3 on, 2 off, 4 on, 4off then 2 on (15 days total), these are 8.5-10 hr shifts and are all afternoon and evening.

Can you also let us know how often you do night float/graveyard etc and how it works?

As for academics when I was a resident the heavily academic attendings (the chair, PD, etc.) worked 6-8 12s/mo, the regular academics worked 8-12 12s/ mo and the clinical guys worked 12-14 12s/mo.
