2 Questions from AADSAS application

Hello guys. I'm new here and I kinda need your help. I cant believe I didnt know this site. Its so great and SOOOO much help, a lot of dedicated members who are here to help. You guys are the best!!!

I'm filling out the application for 2006 admission and I have these 2 Qs that I need help with.

1. Do you wish to describe any activities requiring manual dexterity at which you are proficient?
- i wanted to hear what you guys wrote for this

2. Awards, Honors & Scholarships
- should i include awards from High School? I know college is more important but I have these 2 awards from high school: First one is AWARD FOR 100% ATTENDANCE FOR FOUR YEARS (i know it sounds like Im a dork, but im not) Second one is CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE (this one is similar to the 1st one but this is from the State of New York and first one is just from my high school).

WAITING ANXIOUSLY!!!!

thank you
