Hi everybody,
I have too questions...
1. In doing rotations there is two schools of thought: a. go to a kick ass program and get a letter from somebody famous b. go to a program that is more within your reach, where you might actually match.
In my case I am not sure which one is more important. How necessary is the letter from a loud name prof?
2. Is a publication in American Journal of Optometry on a major study going to hurt me if I put it on my application?
Thanks and good luck
