Step I 2003 First Aid

I was wondering what your thoughts are on whether or not to buy a new 2005 First aid. I have the 2003 first Aid that I used during my freshman and sophomore years and now I'm debating on whether it's necessary to buy the new one. My question is, how much did it actually change or did it at all?
