So I'll start.

I interviewed at University of Utah.

My overall impression is very, very good. The residents laugh a lot. They seem to like each other. The program is small enough they are able to get to know each other pretty well.
They do complain about call. I imagine that's the same everywhere. It's q4 on medicine. 3-4 overnight calls/month during PGY1. None during PGY4. Other than that, the call schedule seemed too complicated for me to understand completely at this point.
A couple of the interviewers seemed kind of "to the point," meaning that, while they were pleasant and seemed interested, it was almost like they were just trying to answer certain questions. That might be typical though. The other interviews were great and I felt like I could connect with the interviewers.
I thought Salt Lake City was gorgeous. I'd love to spend 4 years there. Lots and lots of outdoor activities. Pretty decent weather.
The only thing that I didn't like was the cost of living- it seemed like houses were way over-priced.
It was my first interview and I thought it went pretty well- no scariness or intimidation. I never felt like I was being analyzed......well not too much anyway 😉.
