Hello,, i am predent student in va and have few questions..

luckly, my school provides research opportunities as independent studying with credits. so i decided to do that next semester since i took most of my pre-requi and even recommended course but my question is

like lets say plant research, even that will look nice on applicants? or they want to see more animal related work on the apllicants thanks and study hard and play hard

Admissions Committees like to see some sort of research, in whatever field you're interested in. Plant research is fine.
