I like that the SDN has that Interview Feedback page with the star ranking system, but it's still lacking the narrative that I would like to see.

I was searching the internet for interview feedback and found this blog where the applicant posts their thoughts on each of the programs based on the format from the interview impressions thread from last year's application season. Looks fairly new since the feedback is only listed for a few programs so far, but set up to provide feedback for like 15 programs so far.

May be another place for people to share anonymous interview feedback.

Hey, I've been constantly reading the forums, but never was an official member. Anyhow, ever since CCObG2B posted the link to my blog I've had quite a few hits from SDN so I thought I would join to say thanks!

So far, I've posted about Emory, Cedars, Harbor, and USC. I would really love for the people who have interviewed at programs so far to share their thoughts on the program and interview day so that we can all be a resource to each other 🙂. You don't even have to use your real name or email address to post on my blog, so it's totally anonymous!

Thanks again for posting and hope to see you all post your interview impressions as well!

Since my last post, I've commented on Duke, UCSF, Baylor Dallas, UT Southwestern and Northwestern.

I've now commented on Beth Israel Deaconess (Boston) and Morehouse, plus those that I listed in the above posts.

After the first week of January, I will have comments on UCI, UCD, and UCLA. Then I'll be all done!

Make sure to leave your own thoughts too!! I've tried to make a balance between positives and negatives and would love to see if any trends develop, but I need your input 🙂

Now that rank lists are submitted, I would love it if you all would share your interview/program impressions on my blog! It's risk-free since you can post under an anonymous name/email and rank lists aren't changing.

I think that it could be great for future applicants. Plus, I'm curious to see if I was crazy in my own assessment of places .

Just today someone added additional reviews for programs that I didn't interview at: Brown, George Washington, UNC, UVA, UPitt, and NYU. They also added their reviews to my own for Duke, Emory, Northwestern, and UCSF.

So... I thought I would come and make a final plea for you to add your own interview impressions for the current Ob/Gyn applicant 3rd years that are about to embark upon this journey!

It's anonymous!! You can put your initials (or whatever pseudonym you choose). If you prefer you can email me and I will post it on there for you. I know that plenty of you are reading... time to comment 😀.
