2009 ADA Test question

I'm wanting to take the 2009 ADA practice DAT. Do you have to sit down and take the whole thing at one sitting? Or can you take parts of it at a time?
 
I think you should take it in one sitting. 5 hours of jumping from subject to subject with no breaks is a lot different from casually taking one section at a time, so think of it as stamina training. Just beware that there are quite a few mistakes in the science section.
