When it comes to ordering this, I know you have to print it out and whatnot, but then I noticed they ask you add add "Subtotal" + % tax + shipping and handling fee. Do I have to fill those out myself, or no? I am just confused because, I figured it was just $27 + $7 (shipping) = $34. However, I don't want to send a check for that amount and have them telling me I did not include the tax and "subtotal" amount. I am not from IL or DC, but do those taxes still have an effect me on as well? Basically, I just want to make sure I send in the correct amount and not have any issues, since I want to take the exam soon.

Edit: I just looked and it is 8 dollar shipping so must've sent 35

All it's saying is that if you are in Il or DC it is extra tax. That's it.

Your subtotal is $27, do not add any tax since your not from IL or DC. Just add the shipping cost to $27 and that's your total.
