Thanks although I wasn't the one matching.congratz
That's a nice list.
Seems to have a pretty strong NE bias, whether by choice or regional reputation.

Update: decisions will be sent out this Wednesday!
(I couldn't resist calling the admissions office today. They are so nice considering how many neurotic pre-meds like me they must be dealing with...)

They told me Tuesday. hmmmmmm

Did they tell you that today or last week?

Hmm, I don't like that trend. When did you call?
I hope it's Tuesday. Maybe they're planning on Tuesday, but just told me Wednesday to ensure that I wouldn't bother them tomorrow in case they don't end up sending the decisions out, haha.
Called just after two.

Do you know if they send their decisions by email? 😕

Yes they do, and it seems to usually come around 11am EST.

It could be today then...

Accepted via email at 4:03pm EST!!!! Couldn't believe my eyes since I was expecting one more day of waiting. One of my dream schools 😍
Interviewed in January.
Good luck to everyone!
Only one today? Does Sinai usually send decisions over multiple days?

Congrats!!! And me too!!! I was also totally surprised! Today was the one day for the past two weeks where I wasn't expecting to hear from them. This has been my top school for such a long time! I heard from them at 4:03 EST as well, and I interviewed mid-February.
Good luck to everyone!!!

hmm, so do rejections or waitlists usually come out later than decisions?

At the last decision day, alternate list notifications came out shortly after the acceptances:

Waitlisted as well 🙁 And the waiting continues...
Waitlisted as well. Sigh. I already sent a LOI (intent) about three weeks after my interview, too. Meh.
And because I like to explain my emotions through gifs:
this was me when I saw people received acceptances and I hadn't: http://thechive.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/82300927.gif?w=230&h=145 (warning bad language)
and then this was me when I got home after getting the waitlist email:

this post is amazing and exactly how i felt too!!
sinai is my dream school too.
hopefully the waitlist has some movement this year!
I just talked to a lady in the admissions office and she said the waitlist is ranked and no movement will occur until after May 15. But we can send letters of interest/update letters as well, so I'm not sure how they play into everything if it is already ranked.Does anyone know when they usually start pulling from the waitlist? Any chance at all before May 15th?
Also, is the waitlist ranked or tiered?
Did you try asking for your rank ?
Yes, but she said that the AdCom keeps that secretive and doesn't share it with the front office staff. I would kill for an acceptance here!Did you try asking for your rank ?
Is there a second look day?
