not to sound harsh, but your chances of getting in to an MD school with <25 and <3.0 sGPA are very, veryyy slim (unless you have an amazing story).
if i was in this position, I would rather be screened presecondary, than have to pay the fee only to be immediately rejected (waste of money!)
and...many medical schools do "silent rejections" where they reject your application but never notify you, so you just wait and wait and wait and think theres some hope, but in reality you were out of the running months before...this isnt unique to wright state, be prepared for it from other schools, too!
