Could someone out there let me know what the questions are for the 2012 UW supplemental application? My grades will be verified this week and my applications will be sent out this friday. I want to start working on the supplemental so that I can turn it in as soon as possible.

There were a few short essay questions on why UW, why dentistry, what makes you a diverse applicant, community service experience... Just the same questions that you have already been filling out for the past 3 months 😴
