Do you guys know if there is a trend from old threads when we will be notified on Monday? I was trying to look back but I cant find any timestamps for some reason :/

As for timestamps, just hover you mouse over the date and a time stamp will pop up.

Oh come on, that isn't fair. If you don't want to get anxious by reading about other applicants' anxiety, you can avoid this thread until after Monday. We all can have dream schools and feel nervous when the time comes. Personally, I find SDN school threads to be a great outlet for my crazy energy linked to this application cycle....though I get plenty of that from Columbia right now 🙂
I bet they are sent out in batches, otherwise their servers may have a hard time keeping up...or they are all sent out at once but may arrive in some inboxes faster than in others.
I agree with kyamh. The reason I made a SDN account was because it seemed like a welcoming place to vent my stress and sympathize with people in the same boat. All the threads get crazy around decision time, and in a weird way it helps the time go by...

Hoping that Harvard will give me better news 🙂 Actually, I did plan ahead. I invited a close friend from high school to visit me this weekend, so, with any luck, I'll be plenty occupied.

Seems like Harvard has a history of releasing decisions on the first Monday of March. We also know that someone from admissions said they were aiming for the first week of March. Here's to hoping for some good news for all of us! (...especially us non-acceptees from Columbia 😛 )

From previous years, it appears the first Monday in March is the day. (at least for MSTP)
I just want it all to end so that I can start my in-depth comparisons and make a decision.

Unfortunately, not super encouraging. Last year, they interviewed 918 applicants and accepted 226 for a class of 164. Assuming the 226 also includes wait list acceptances, it's gonna be a tight race tomorrow.

I think the worst thing is my silly brain always makes up "what if" scenarios. I just cant wait to know my options (whether I hear good or bad news) so I can finally know where I'll be next year!

I can't decide whether having a NP and an HST shot makes it that much more likely that I will get accepted or that much more likely that I'll get rejected... Does anyone ever get invited for just HST? I really loved what I saw at NP, but I kinda think that HST is the only reason I got a NP interview...
I was interviewed by only HST even though I applied to both HST and NP. But then again I'd choose HST over NP if I ever had the chance to do that. I'm MSTP and from a very technical background so HST would be more my thing. I'd have loved the opportunity to have 2 shots at getting in though.
Zara told me that each committee acts separately, which means that the HST interview/decision process is entirely independent of the NP process and the MSTP process. One could theoretically get any permutation of the possible accepted/rejected/waitlisted combinations (except probably HST/NP rejection +MSTP acceptance)
I have a pretty busy Saturday, and Sunday I figure I'll clean up my room so I can either rejoice or lament in a clean environment on Monday haha!

For me, after the Columbia WL, I'm not going to get my hopes up preemptively just so on the off-chance I actually get accepted, I can be pleasantly shocked rather than the other way around. Still a pipe dream for me! As for what I'm doing this weekend to get my mind off it - two words: Mardi Gras!

YUP -- know that others are in the same boat. I would be stunned/thrilled to be accepted. I had one good interview and one inquisition. If I get in after that, it's either because I'm a terrible judge of my own performance or the interviews just don't matter that much.
