I got that email from Boston Medical Center as well. Does anyone know if it's typical to have so few interview dates?

I'm coming from the west coast and I'd like to be able to make as few trips as possible.

Most programs I have been looking at offer quite a few more interview dates than this... And I am applying to mostly west coast schools.

These dates seem super early. Is this common to be interviewing so soon?

I'm coming from the west coast and I'd like to be able to make as few trips as possible.

From what BMC told us last year, they interview 100 people for their spots. 4 interview days, so 25 people a day (they take 12-13 in the morning, and 12-13 in the afternoon). Most programs have more than 4 interview days though.

It'd be perfect to get a monday -> tuesday interview, so I would only have to make one trip (coming from the east coast). Think it would it be forward of me to inquire on my interview status at UW, if I state my reason for doing so?

I'm broke as hell right now and I'll do anything to avoid having to fly out twice.

I'm in the same situation. I think I'll wait to see what date Virginia Mason confirms before I even think about calling UW?
