Hey LMK, I just took a look at it through my CAPIC login. There is no stipend. If you need anymore information on it, let me know and I can send you their agency profile from the CAPIC website.

That would be great, thanks. I broke down and asked the TD about stipend/benefits, so I did find that out, but seeing the rest would be great. Isn't there some kind of grant that people can apply for to get a stipend? Or is that only for people who attend the CA schools?
