hi everyone!
lets start talking about the 2013 admission cycle with our stats and unis that are a good option for FTDentists. unfortunately this year NYU , which used to a pretty good option for us has introduced a new clause in the form of DAT. Columbia has followed through. but there are still a lot of unis out there for us =)

this is what it says on their website:

If you took the NBE Part 1 after they became pass/fail, you are required to take the Dental Admissions Test (DAT) exam. You can register for the exam at: http://www.ada.org/dat.aspx. DAT scores will be required as part of the application starting with the 2013 application cycle.

Which school consider early applicant more than late applicant? Some schools prefer early application, others donot consider the time of application because they review all applications after the deadline.
I know that BU prefers early application, how else????

i think generally a lot of schools do prefer early applicants. not sure tho. it really depends on the whole package that you present with aswell.. where are you thinking of applying?

99% of schools prefer early applicants, dont know abt any school tht does not-maybe denver?
