Yea I still haven't heard back one way or the other from American either (and University of Maryland - College Park). Those are the last two I'm waiting on so I just want to get the rejections over with!

Also received an invite for Alexian Brothers, but I'm the Neuro/OCD track. Interview January 23rd.

Battle Creek VA rejection 12/12 via mass email. No track specified but I applied to neuropsych.

Charleston Consortium/MUSC rejection 12/15 via personalized email (just name, no other specific information). No track specified but I applied to neuropsych.
 
Anyone else receive an invitation to the Coatesville VA by their specific track faculty, and then receive a rejection from the TD a week later?

I'm wondering if maybe the TD thought I had applied to the General Track (although I clearly didn't. It was noted pretty prominently in my cover letter that I want the neuro track). Neuro sent out their invites last Monday and it was a personalized email.

I just called. Apparently there was an error in the General Track email that also included those who had applied to the neuro track. He said to not worry, if I was scheduled for an interview, then they are expecting me and looking forward to meeting me and that Dr. Dow will be sending out an explanatory email shortly to explain the situation.
 
first (and most likely only) scheduling conflict 😱
in my haste and excitement i ignored my well organized "interview calendar" and picked a terrible date! called the td, who was an angel, but he couldn't change anything around for me...so now i will just sulk until i find out if the interview i just received can offer me an alternative date :sorry: too nervous to eat any cookies

**Update: second site offered me another date! nice to have interactions with flexible and pleasant TD's**

Mass email rejection from North Bronx Healthcare Network received 12/15 1019AM EST. So mass in fact that the subject line only read internship and the email didn't include any text - just an attached letter. Interestingly, letter was dated 12/5. Letter also indicated that notification was only for NBHN and that Jacobi Medical Center applicants would be notified separately.

Just received mass email rejection from Jacobi Medical Center 12/15 1046AM EST in the same format and from same sender as NBHN. Letter also dated 12/5.

I haven't heard anything yet today...it makes me so nervous. I know all the rejections are coming en mass today and I have all my chocolate prepared.

(edit: from sites I know they're coming from because of this lovely site- not trying to be a downer)

Hi! Longtime lurker, first time poster here. But just wondering if anyone who applied to Heart of America (Central Region) *after* they extended their original deadline has heard anything? They are supposed to send out interview invites by today. It's one of the last sites I'm holding out hope for, and the anxiety has been building all weekend!

I don't know if it is helpful to speculate, but I wish you the best! I think this just goes to show that until you hear, "no," you are still in the running!
 
Still haven't heard anything yet....Waiting for: Napa State Hospital and Sharp Healthcare! Also, West Palm Beach VA but am not hopeful for the last one.
