I got the "complete" e-mail July 1, although I'm pretty sure they do a random review. And my LizzyM is 70+Congrats! 🙂 when were you complete? and if you dont mind, could you share your stats?
IS II this morning! Complete 7/3.
yeah I would shoot them a callAnyone think this is worthy of calling? Submitted/paid 6/30 and no complete email.
Can anyone weigh in on this? I'm in a similar situation and I'm unsure if I should just post my re-take or both times I took it.If I retook a pre-req at another school (got a C- the first time, so no bueno), should I list the most recent take on the secondary? It's worded "List the courses you are using to fulfill your prerequisite admissions requirements".
Looks like they only invite OOSers with high stats :/

II! My first one, so I am pretty relieved. IS, got the application complete email 7/11. BK baby!
.
Hey guys, for those who confirmed their IIs via email, did you get a reply that they received your confirmation?
I did not. Did anyone else? I was wondering this too.
Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my interview because of conflicting interview at another school... Contacted them via email yesterday, but still no response. I may just call on Monday if I don't hear anything before then.
II today. RSVP by e-mail, no response from them.
Application was complete on July 11th.
What are your stats? curious

Yup, no course desc. Can someone please help me with some questions regarding the secondary:
When you're filling out the courses for the pre-reqs, do you list them exactly as they appear on AMCAS (and on your transcript)?
Do you have to submit course descriptions? (No, right?)
Anyone got an II and haven't received a confirmation email yet?
Anyone who requested a new interview date get a reassignment yet?
Anyone who requested a new interview date get a reassignment yet?
I contacted them on 8/7 and they got back to me on 8/11 with a new (earlier) date.
Thanks, it's been a while so a phone call it is!
Just called them and I was told that we do not receive an email acknowledging or Interview Invite confirmation, if anyone was wondering.Yup, no course desc.
Anyone got an II and haven't received a confirmation email yet?
I received a conformation email. I also received two interview requests for the same date and time though. It took about a week/seemed pretty standard.
Dear Applicant:
Thank you for your recent email and interest in SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. We are sending this email as confirmation of your acceptance of our invitation for interview. Please make sure to make note of your interview date and time.....
strange...i'll just let it play out..I received a conformation email. I also received two interview requests for the same date and time though. It took about a week/seemed pretty standard.
Can any current students comment on the interview here? My interview here on Tuesday is my first one, and I'm starting to feel unprepared. I looked at the interview feedback, but I feel like I could have prepared more for ethics/current events/healthcare etc. Is it mainly behavioral/screening, or do they typically ask a lot of those topics?
