2015-2016 Application Cycle open?

Hey Everyone,
I was trying to start my application today (June 2nd) and I can't seem to figure it out. Has the cycle started yet? It says it was supposed to kick off today, yet I can't find the AADSAS 2015-2016 application anywhere just yet. Its currently 9:30 AM. Is there some kind of delay?

Have you checked the website since you posted?
I've not had any problems with it and I started it around 10am this morning.
