It is editable but sometimes it will open as read-only. Just open the link multiple times until you get lucky and the editable form opens. Sometimes you have to try like 20 or more times!!!

I remember seeing this thread once or twice my interview year and feeling an INCREDIBLE amount of stress every time I came here. I recently wrote a blogpost about my own personal path to derm that goes over my ups and (many!) down's throughout the whole process. We all go through moments of self doubt, stress, and insecurity; please don't let those moments discourage you! I hope my story can help alleviate some stress for some of you going through this process right now. Good luck to everyone and I will see you in NYC in a few weeks
