Hey you guys, has anyone already applied to this program already. I plan on applying in a few weeks, hopefully it's not to late. For those who have done the program or are currently in it, what are your comments. I tried researching this program here on SDN, but didn't see that much information
 
I applied and submitted everything about 2 weeks ago but haven't heard anything about my status since February. I think it's still pretty early in the application cycle. Their website says their rolling admissions and interviews started in September and ends in June.
 
Hey there! I just got a courtesy call from the school telling me to check my spam/junk mail, and I have an online interview! Check your spam because you may have received something! hope this helps!!!
 
I have a question about Hampton application process. Why do they ask you to take the mcat before attending their program of you are a non science major or do not have science prerequisites? Next question is how would I go about convincing same to let me take mcat for a special reason?

I can TRY to answer your question.... According to what was explained to me, they do ask for a score to satisfy the english proficiency of the applicant applying, but do not require a specific MCAT score. To be sure though, I would call them this week.
 
Hey so I recently applied to this program and completed the online interview, about how long did it take for you to hear back an acceptance/rejection and did they email you or mail you something?

Online interview? What's that?
 
They emailed me like a questionnaire telling them more about myself and what prerequisites I completed and we had to email them back within 24 hours
 
Thank you. I just applied. I'm waiting on them to receive my transcripts and letters.
 
Does anyone know the correct mailing address for sending in documents??
 
I've just finish sending out everything needed to make my application complete. I am extremely nervous as I really want to attend this program in the fall. Does anybody know how competitive this program is. Also how long do you all think it will take to hear something regarding an admissions decisions?

I just received notice that I was admitted into the program and it took about 4 weeks after submitting the online interview.
 
Hey guys, I got into this program and will likely be starting in the fall. Does anyone know the avg MCAT score for students in the program (ie. how much does the prep really help)? I'm also looking to find the med school acceptance rate from this program and if possible which med schools they were accepted to. Thanks!
 
I completed my online interview early June and received a confirmation email the same day. Its been almost a month now and have not heard anything! Is this common?

It was almost a month for me before I got my acceptance last month.
 
Does anyone know how many people have been accepted into the program for this Fall?

I did my online interview May 29th and received my acceptance letter this past Monday.
 
Hello All,
I think 25-50 students are accepted each year, not sure the final number that end up attending. The class before us had 25 I believe. They also invited students who were accepted into their facebook group so we can have a better idea of our class number.
 
Did you ever contact them? I am in the same boat.

how do u like the program/ I just completed my online interview. and my MCAT scores are super low. I got an overall 09.
