Was looking at one of the tables in this report and came across the following figure
Here the number of work experiences for a 90th percentile applicant for anesthesiology is 6 and number of volunteer experiences is 11.
A little confused as to what this means. Are these work and volunteer experiences during the time you were in medical school? How does one obtain so many positions? If that's the case, I think I'm pretty screwed since I've not formally joined any volunteer organizations or worked any jobs during med school...
