1) The 2020 cycle is the current cycle, if you are applying this june, it would be the 2021 cycle
2) your GPA is too low for MD school, as an international student, it is way way too low. Applying to MD school is a waste of money and time in your current GPA state
3) You would need serious postbacc or SMP and even then, as an international is a stretch
4) Unless you have some incredible grade trends, I am not sure you are on a successful path
