I haven’t heard about the pre-interview social hours. What is special about it ?? Did you get an invite to attend them ??

It was in the pre interview emails I received, as well as a reminder emails week of my interview. I’m not sure if it’s all the special — its over Zoom, it’s states that it’s not a formal part of the interview process, I just wanted to know if anyone had gone to theirs and what it was like.

They said most waitlist movement starts in April when students are required to narrow acceptances down to 3.

On cycle tracker it looks like they sent out more interview invitations in February. Fingers crossed 🤞.

OOS WL - sad and grateful at the same time, do we have any chance of getting off the waitlist at Rush?

I have seen several people get off the waitlist according to the previous years threads. Also Rush is an expensive school to attend and I am certain once more ppl get in state acceptances and financial aid packages there will be a lot more movement after April.

not stressful! go by that sheet they gave you with the details about one interview being more structured and the other laid back. it felt like the interviewers are just given that sheet to run with as their guideline for the interview
