MD-PhD applicant here (interviewed in November), if we didn't hear back 2/20 should we assume it's a WL/R? 🙁 If you received an acceptance can you please confirm if it was via phone call, mail, email, portal update etc?

I didn't get paired with a student until after my interview was completed. Was still good to chat with them though!

For those waitlisted and that accept their waitlist spot, do we know the deadline for when the CSS Profile needs to be complete?

ok sounds good thank you! Because the alternate status didn't come out till after that date? Do you know if those who were waitlisted eligible for financial aid at all?
Yeah March 1st was just the deadline for all interviewees. The alternate status PDFs do say you can still submit ASAP though. Waitlisted applicants are eligible for need-based but not merit-based financial aid, yes.

Congrats to everyone in at Emory! If you are looking for housing we have a great 5-bedroom currently filled with 3 female M1s. Looking to rent two additional rooms to very neat, clean and collegial incoming M1s or other med / pre professionals. This house is steps from Emory, with on site parking, laundry, chef's kitchen and loads of common space. If you're on the waitlist, hang in there. All of the current residents of Med School House cleared the wait list in the last cycle and are thriving.
