was the committee meeting delayed bc of weather or are they still meeting tdy?

wait so November 2nd is the day the release the mailed acceptances, but the committee is supposed to meet today?

I'd assume they would still meet today since emory is still open today. maybe they will do a portal update come monday if they can't send out mail.

unfortunately no. i keep checking here, admit.org, the portal, and ID basically every 30 min in case something shows and NOTHING
Do you guys think the weather has to do with it?
I know in previous years ppl reported on Monday, but on interview day they mentioned they would send them out Monday morning. Wouldn't the earliest we could expect it even on informed delivery be on Tuesday?

they typically send them out the friday before so they arrive on the monday since those are the dates they give out but usually only IS students will actually get them that monday. so ID should tell us today. HOWEVER i just learned that they sent out acceptances today which i am assuming because the campus was closed down from 7 pm on jan 30 to yesterday. mail should come tomorrow

A few people on Admit had their portals update. I think they are done, so no news just means you remain in consideration until late March.

Tbh very little rn as they’re nearing the end of the interview season. I submitted in July and still did not get II 😢
Yeah there's a text box with a 1000-word limit
Emory's financial aid package is 5k/year, unless you get selected for the Woodruff fellowships which is full tuition but only for 4 people

There’s a spot for updates (1000 words) on the portal. Technically still a chance but realistically no for IIs
