No, it's a post-matriculation program, so you can't apply until you are a student there.

Wondering how strict they are with their LOR requirements? I couldn't get one from physics as he refused to write it due to class size being too large. My school does not offer a committee letter.

I submitted my application and under document status, all LoR are marked as received. Yet, under status, it says letters of recommendation are not received and thus my application is not complete. Anyone else experiencing this? Trying to troubleshoot and would rather not have to reach out to their office.

It says "Application Year: 2026" at the top for me. I think it's just a hasty copy-paste without correction situation. I wouldn't worry.

they are so whack lmao. ppl who go to big unis and naturally do well in these classes are not gonna have some amazing LORs from these profs. physics is literally a huge intro course with engineering students as well. you cant convince me that applicants are gonna have unique LORs from an intro physics course lmao - no matter what school u went to or even if u went to office hours lol. such a waste of a requirement. i have so many better letters that speak to character than a generic lame intro course

You can submit any combo of 2 from chem, bio, or physics so if you could get like 1 bio 1 chem or two bio for example that would also work!
I emailed them bc I only have 1 STEM letter and they said it was fine, but not sure if that applies to everyone and I don't want to say it's their policy bc it was just one email.

I'm a little confused on this question. What is the difference between the two? I got a committee letter but its compiled by my pre-med advising office?

I might be wrong, but I think committee letter is when your prehealth advisign office writes you one big letter after looking at all the individual letters you send them from professors and others. At my school, there was also a committee interview process. Essentially, this is a giant letter saying the university supports your path to med school. I believe the individual letters are also included.

A recommendation packet is just a packet of the individual letters, but no overarching letter.

I picked only the committee letter.

I am still confused about JeffHOPE and JeffBEACON. I kind of included them in the same sentence as things I want to be involved with. There's literally no info on their website, so it's super hard to tell.

I am using the second prompt as a "why us, why me" combo, talking about things I've been involved with and how they tie into things I want to be involved in at Jefferson. Aspects of the curriculum/environment that will contribute to my future goals, etc.

Wouldn't the 2 week deadline be 14 days after the exact time they sent you the email on 6/30? Or are schools not that specific. Regardless I don't think they'd care
