All are 1500 characters

For those that are curious, looks like 2 prompts changed: Background/experiences prompt, diversity essay changed to mission essay (1, 7).

Are you all Early Decision? I applied normally and haven't received secondaries yet.

There are no directions for the work experience section. Are we supposed to list every paid employment opportunity that we have ever had? Also, when I try to fill out my pre-requisites, none of my coursework is listed. Is this happening to anyone else?

@wysdoc all the prompts are NOT 1500 characters each.

Deadline: December 1, 2025
• MD/PhD is October 15, 2025
• Early Decision is August 8, 2025

Thank you for the correction
The rest of y’all - precision is crucial for a doctor! :caution:

Yes, I got into UMD previous cycle. Just fill out the section with ALL your paid work experience (dates, hours, etc.)!

Is anyone else having an error when submitting the secondary fee? I got an email confirming they received payment but the portal hasn't updated

i did not have an issue, but i also submitted almost a week ago. Maybe they need to manually mark it complete?

For the most meaningful clinical experience - does this have to be one of our 'most meaningful' on the primary or can we write about something completely different

I wouls assume you can write something completely different. It doesn't have to be from the primary since they will probably read it anyway if that makes sense.

Are we just supposed to manually enter all of our courses. the right hand column where I should be able to drag and drop is completely blank for me. Anyone else having this issue?

Both # 2 & # 7 seem to be very similar. # 2 is definitely why Maryland, while # 7 could be more about your contribution to profession. Am I reading it right?
