24 with a low GPA. Do I have a chance?

Hello everyone!
I'm a pre-health major, but my GPA is so low. Do I still have a chance? I still have to take my science/math courses, but they will have to be completed online due to my situation. What would you all suggest? I'm looking to doing a master's program after I graduate. My cGPA is a 2.20 due to personal reasons.

Do any professional schools accept online courses? Thank you!
