250/256 is how much of a competitive score for IM with no visa issues?

Hello everyone! Can you guys please tell me how much competitive is 250/256 for match in internal medicine. And what are the chances for top 50 programs if CV is improved by clinical and one year research experience. No visa issues as well. Any input is greatly appreciated. Please every one i need an advice!

you will be alright. I am assuming you are an IMG. If that's the case, some programs will reject right away but you still have a pretty good shot. Good luck
