From a student who earned a 251+ on Step 1, here are my recommendations:

Don't buy into the hype. Qbank is awsome. First Aid is awsome. Figure out what your weak areas are and brush up on those. Know what kind of study tools work for you (question banks, review books, etc.). Work hard for 4 weeks and don't blow it off.
