i took the pcat in sep 2011 my score 76 math,75 bio, 43chem,10r.c ,27ver.

iam going to take pcat in july , need advice in how to improve my score (especially in english and chem)?

Get the Dr. Collins packet, I think it helps a lot with Chemistry and verbal reasoning can be improved because they have a lot of practice tests and a LOT of the questions on the actual exam were questions from the practice tests. Also I used the Kaplan 500 GRE words and they helped as well. Reading comprehension, you need to improve your pacing and there isnt much that can be done right now. usually reading comp is my lowest score and the problem is that i wasnt big on reading, so try to read more and at the end try to quiz urself to see if u understood the material. Also Dr. Collins packet has practice tests for reading comp which can help. I also used the McGraw Hill PCAT book, its old and cheap but it has a lot of great simplified explanations for key concepts. The organic chem section is pretty great too because it has most of the simple reactions that u need to know for predict the product and stuff. Good luck!! I used these sources and took the pcat a second time and improved my score significantly!
