2nd wave of primaries?

So I know that the first wave of primaries is sent to med schools on the 24th. Are all the apps that are not sent on the 24th sent on some second wave on another date people are aware of?

I believe that after the 24th your primary just gets sent once its verified, I dont believe there are set days that they send all of them out after the initial day.

If your application is complete, the entire packet is sent to any new school you add within one business day.
