2Yrs off... what to include in the Personal Statement??

Hi. folks.
I took 2 yrs off after graduating from college.
Is there any specific things that I should include in the personal statement? I heard it is a good idea to write about what I did past 2 yrs and any experiences that related to dental field, but anything else??
I just begin to brainstorm the PS for upcoming cycle, but I need your help on this.

You should include what you have been doing for the past 2 years and hopefully some of it is related to your quest for dentistry.
